Currently, the City of Little Rock (Little Rock Port Authority) controls 875 acres with the ability to obtain 1000+. The site is served by the Little Rock Port Authority Shortline rail, providing connections to the Union Pacific and BNSF. The site is located five minutes from the Little Rock National Airport and 10 minutes from downtown Little Rock, providing access to a regional population of over one million people.
